Due to exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Real Estate Advisory company as they seek an experience Loan Servicing Asset Manager to support the management of their expanding portfolio of commercial real estate loans. The role involves monitoring, servicing, and accounting for the loan portfolio, as well as providing input on budgets, cost recovery, income, and operational matters. Candidates must have a solid understanding of LMA standard loan documentation and execution.

Duties of the Loan Servicing Manager (Real Estate) to include:

• Oversee the servicing and performance of UK and European commercial real estate loans, ensuring timely debt repayment.
• Generate comprehensive loan performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for lenders and borrowers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and prepare strategic recommendations for lender consent requests related to loan and property issues.
• Manage the accurate onboarding and maintenance of loan data within the servicing system.
• Ensure borrower compliance with loan covenants, including insurance, hedging, and reporting requirements.
• Perform detailed financial analyses of property operating statements and other collateral reviews.
• Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Requirements for the successful Loan Servicing Manager (Real Estate) to include:

• Proven experience in the UK and European real estate finance market with knowledge and experience of LMA loan documentation.
• Expertise in servicing diverse real estate debt transactions, including investment and development loans.
• Strong debt due diligence, credit analysis, and transaction management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to develop and present compelling financing proposals.
• Established network and business development acumen within the real estate finance sector (preferred).
