A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a boutique financial services company based in central London. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Chief of Staff, a ell as manage a team of executive assistants across different teams. Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates from a financial services background, with demonstrable experience of a high volume and fast paced workload. Please note, this role is 5 days a week in the office.  

Duties of the EA to include:

  • Producing documentation, such as agendas and papers, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for team members where necessary. 
  • Managing a team of Executive Assistants providing support and development opportunities. You will be responsible for monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule private drivers for the CEO and assume responsibility for any issues or concerns related to transportation service.
  • Act as point of contact between CEO and stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Providing support in the monitoring of engagements, keeping on top of correspondence and replies and accurately maintaining all records.

Requirements for the successful EA:

  • Previous experience working in a EA / PA role within a corporate sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English.
  • Ability to handle a high volume workload within a face paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are happy and confident working independently.
