As part of our exciting expansion, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. We are a boutique finance and banking recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience in connecting clients with top-tier talent.
We’re looking for driven, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals to play a key role in our recruitment operations. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support our team by sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer to include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Candidate identification: working in a variety of exciting and dynamic vacancies within the financial services industry, utilising job boards to search through potential candidates, identifying those with required skill set and experience
- Job Boards Management: Post job advertisements, manage applications, and optimize listings to attract high-quality candidates.
- Application Handling: Review CVs, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain our candidate database to ensure records are accurate and comprehensive.
- Communication: Act as a liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Consultant Support: Assist recruitment consultants with job descriptions, formatting CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Formatting CVS: Typing and formatting CVs to submit to the client.
Requirements for the successful candidate:
- Candidates will have previous experience working within recruitment, and strong administrative skills
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
